ZillowVERIFIED We've been working with Brittany since May 2021 - In that time, she helped us view 25 homes and put in 5 offers (all of which were rejected!!). When we finally decided to build, Brittany and Sarah were there every step of the way - helping us make decisions, attending meetings with us and always hyping up our choices. We are so grateful for their insights, their patience and all of their help over the past 2 years and couldn't imagine using anyone else if we were buying another home. Thank you also to Sharon and Brittany who helped us sell our first home concurrently - timing the market perfectly for us and helping us line up our closings to timing that worked for us. We are so grateful!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Trying to buy and sell at the same time in this crazy market can seem very overwhelming- but not with Sharon and Brittany as your realtors!! They laid the whole thing out for us in simple terms, and had so much knowledge and experience to draw from when answering all of our questions and addressing our concerns. They worked on our timeline and were very accommodating and responsive. I cannot recommend Brittany as a buyers agent enough! She is quick to respond, flexible, and so knowledgeable when it comes to every aspect of home buying. She took us to every house we wanted to see without hesitation and really helped us see what would and wouldnt work for us at each house. The whole process was as stress-free as possible thanks to Brittany, Sharon and their whole team. We cannot recommend them enough!! .

ZillowVERIFIED Just want to take a moment to give a big thank you and shout to Brittnay Quataert of Sharon Quataert Realty. She was AMAZING in helping me and my husband to find a house that fitted our needs, financially and physically. We were very picky about what we were looking for. She was extremely patient with us. She made sure we saw EVERY house that we wanted to see, and there were so many. We said "NO" to so many of them that I was sure she would drop us as clients and say that we were wasting her time. But, that was the opposite of what actually happened. She hung in there with us until we found the house that we wanted!! I would surly refer her to anyone looking for a house. Thank you Brittnay!!from the Jacksons

ZillowVERIFIED We purchased a home through the VA loan process. We were located in Alabama doing everything via Facetime. We engaged 3 other Realtors before finding Tony. We started the process just before the pandemic started. Tony guided us through the entire process with the many changes to normal processes. Tony's communication and tenacity kept us calm-ish and we closed on time. I couldn't recommend Sharon and Tony more emphatically.

ZillowVERIFIED Buying a home can be a very painstaking, emotional, frustrating, exciting, happy, and fun time. I experienced all of that when buying my home. I was so fortunate to have Brittany by my side the entire journey. She was professional, knowledgeable, understanding, friendly, and everything else you would hope a realtor to be. I trusted her every word and she did not disappoint. She gave me confidence in the home buying process. I highly recommend to pick Brittany, and the entire Sharon Quataert team, to be on your side thru a very important and exciting journey of buying your next home!

ZillowVERIFIED Brittany was a pleasure to work with. Her knowledge in the field went above expectations. Brittany's response time was exceptional. Being such a competitive market, response time was an essential factor in the process for me. Brittany would respond to a text, call or email within a half hour or less. She would schedule an appointment to see the house that day I wanted. A house I loved came online in the morning, I was able to see it that afternoon and put an offer in that night. The offer was accepted the next morning. This showed how dedicated Brittany was and would take the necessary steps so I could have my dream home! She was willing to work all hours of that day including weekends. Brittany always greeted me with a friendly smile and was always professional in our interactions. Being that this was my first time purchasing a house, Brittany made the process very simple for me. She explained the process step by step and ensured we did not run into any complications along the way. Brittany offered to take a portion of the sales and donate it to a fundraiser of my choice. This shows Brittany's loyalty and interest for not only her client but our local community. Highly recommend Brittany and Quataert Reality!

ZillowVERIFIED Brittany is an excellent realtor and very knowledgeable with extensive experience at a young age. She is very attentive and willing to answer questions or meet with you at any time necessary. My house buying process included a few bumps in the road (that had to do with things completely out of Brittany's control, i.e. property lines). She guided us both through the process very professionally and quickly, kept constant communication between myself and my lawyer, and ultimately landed me in a house I couldn't be happier with. She turned around what could've been a rocky buying process into a purchase I love.I highly recommend Brittany Quataert and Quataert Realty!

ZillowVERIFIED I have worked with Sharon for over 15 years. She sold my home when I moved out of state. She helped me purchase a home when I returned and she sold my father's house after he died. She is quick to respond, expert in the field and detail-oriented...not to mention charming to work with. I will continue to use Sharon for any future real estate needs and highly recommend her for yours.

ZillowVERIFIED I had a wonderful experience with the Quataert team! Our Realestate agent asked insightful questions about our wants and needs in a home and was able to help us find a home quickly. I felt like every member of the team listened to us and was able to answer our questions accurately and in a timely manner. I felt like the team genuinely cared about me and my family and not purely making money.

ZillowVERIFIED After having a difficult time looking for homes with other real estate agents, a friend referred us to Quataert Realty. We worked with Brad for only a couple weeks before we found a home on which we wanted to make an offer. Brad was relaxed, knowledgable, and fun to work with. He took the time to answer all our questions and explain things we didn't even know to ask about. After our offer was accepted, the rest of the Quataert team kicked into gear. Paulette, our mortgage broker, negotiated on our behalf for a good lender and good rate and terms. Linda worked with our underwriter and connected us with our attorney. Everything went so smoothly up to and through the closing, we couldn't believe it! 5 out of 5 stars, would recommend to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED After building 7 new homes in the last 43 years, I'm very happy that I got to use Sharon and her team to assist me in building my 7th new home in Spencerport. They made the process very EZ indeed. Sharon was very helpful getting me into other owners homes, at the drop of a hat, to inspect the builders quality, since there was no model to view. This helped me finally make up my mind. Thanks again to the entire Quataert Team.

ZillowVERIFIED We had lived in our former years for 41 years, but it was time to move on. We needed to sell our existing house in order to purchase new living quarters. Sharon Q's team did it all. The existing house sold quickly and at the asking price. Her team showed us a number of different homes available in various locations, which proved very helpful in making our minds up. We decided to build in what we considered the very best location to be found anywhere. Sharon connected us with a builder, who took our rough plans and turned them into the dream home we now live in. Thank you Sharon's team for making our dreams come true. Joe & Julie Miller
