ZillowVERIFIED When we called Boston Connect we didn't know what to expect. We had just started to consider selling our first home. They helped us start the process, get an understanding for the value of our home, and then laid the foundation for what would be a great process. We bought and sold and had contingencies to navigate, no simple task. The team was there for every question (I think we might have set the text message record :) and the entire search and show process. We had offers in 48 hours (over asking I should add) house was sold before the open house! They know what they are doing and I would tell people to listen to them! Outside of the buy and sale, we got further tremendous value from Boston Connect. Their network of professional services providers, their knowledge and relationships are part of what you get access to when you work with the BC team They helped keep us on track, sometimes we needed a push and sometimes we needed a pull back to reality. Both important to get from your Real Estate professional. We looked for almost a year and saw many houses. You can expect to get straight forward feedback and honesty from them, great people, period. ZillowVERIFIED We met Sharon by chance at an open house, and worked with her for about 6 months while searching for our first home. As first time home buyers, we were clueless... and Sharon was extremely helpful in guiding us through the world of open houses, offers, counter-offers, etc. She was so easy to work with, was always available, and had great advice when we needed it. Even after we found the house of our dreams and had an offer accepted, we had a lot of challenges with the sellers in setting closing dates, having inspections, etc. Sharon was right beside us the whole way. Our closing weekend was a disaster - the mortgage company was not able to secure the funds in time for our 3pm closing on Friday afternoon... which we learned with only a few hours notice. We had to vacate our apartment and were "homeless" for the weekend - and Sharon was our guardian angel. She helped us secure a large rental truck to fit all of our stuff so we could get it all out of the apartment in time. When we woke up on Monday (our new closing day) in a blizzard, she was in touch all day with status updates on our impending closing. When we finally had confirmation that we had closed (at the last minute!) we began moving into our home. No less than 30 minutes later a delivery of pizza and soda arrived for all of our friends amd family who were helping us move in - courtesy of Sharon. You won't find another relator out there who will devote the time and energy and caring that Sharon does to her clients. Our purchase was not an easy one with all the challenges that we had, and she stuck by us through the whole process. I would refer her to anyone, and if we ever do decide to sell and move elsewhere, Sharon is the only relator we'd consider!

Sharon did not work for me, she worked for the seller. She did a wonderful job showing their home and selling it with a warmth and honesty that was refreshing and understated. This was not the best part. We could not afford the home Sharon was selling, it was just outside our price range, but we loved the house. Sharon not only helped us work with the seller to lower the price of the home, but also took a cut on her commission so that we could buy our home. I was so impressed because this was a completely selfless act - Sharon gave up some of her money so that we, the buyers for whom she did not work, could buy our home and have a wonderful place to raise our family. I am eternally grateful to her and will always recommend her as not a realtor or someone who sells homes, but as someone who makes connections, builds relationships and helps fulfill dreams. I will not buy another home unless Sharon is involved.
