ZillowVERIFIED As first time home buyers, we really weren't sure of what to expect after dealing with a realtor... ESPECIALLY ONE ONLINE! We did our research and honestly thought that the process was going to be a little more complicated than it ended up being. We didn't look for long and found the perfect fit of a house for us. The process went smooth and we are now happy home owners. Most of this was due to the blessing that was Sharon Kimball.From the second we chose to use Shari as our realtor, we felt weight lifted off of our shoulders. Any questions we had, were answered. She is very familiar with the area and clued us into many of the incentives and benefits we were qualified for. We had an offer in and got a response within minutes... LITERALLY. Although I'm sure it's not typical, it is now fun to look back on that moment.So I wanted to give you some truth as well in this review. We were calling and texting Shari all hours of the day and got a response EVERY SINGLE time. We were bombarding her with silly questions and blank stares through the whole process. She did an AMAZING job of thoroughly explaining everything throughout the process of buying our house. I would also highly recommend the team she works with at Hunt Realty.
