When buying our new home, she guided us through a multiple offer situation to ensure that our offer would be competitive without overspending. She was available to us throughout the whole buying process, responding to texts and calls within minutes, which alleviated many stressful moments. As a seller, Sharon and Rich took the time to come to our home and discuss the best ways to present to perspective buyers. We met with them on a Monday. They had a photographer at our house on Tuesday. The house was on the market on Wednesday afternoon. We had multiple offers by Thursday evening. We didn't even have to have an Open House! And again, Sharon guided us through the process. She ensured we got final and best offers to consider. She worked with us throughout the inspection and reply process by putting us in contact with the professionals needed to complete work. She even reached out to some personally to make sure we were taken care of in as timely a manner as possible. Both are true professionals and went the extra mile, every time, anything came up. They listed our home (800+) and took care of everything for us, better than what we could have hoped for. We had already moved from PA to CA - they met inspectors at our home, they coordinated repairs for us, they met with repair men where it was required that someone be there, they even picked up our dog food for us after it was delivered to the wrong address!Also, our home sold in less time than what I was expecting given its pricing and twice when I wanted to lower the price they had us hang in there, we sold out pretty home fork more than what we would have without them. We can not say enough good things, they are true professionals which allowed us to not worry about anything, knowing that we had listed in my opinion with some of the best in the business, and I mean on a national level. ZillowVERIFIED Rich Dallas and his team are phenomenal. I cant say enough good things about them. We were with another agent for almost a year and getting no traffic on our listing. Rich and his team gave us staging ideas and recommendations on what needed to be done to sell the house. They made our listing look fabulous. I thought something was wrong with my house, and it ends up that it was not being marketed correctly. Rich and his team sent out postcards for the house, and the listing was amazing. Within the first hour of listing with Rich, the house already had scheduled appointments for showings. Rich set me up with an App for my phone so I could immediately see all of the feedback given by the agents when they showed the house. I rarely got feedback from my previous agent and I was getting feedback daily from all of the showings. My house had more showings in 5 days than it had in a whole year with the other agent. I was amazed at how the listing got so many hits in one day. The house had 2 offers and sold in only 10 days! I cannot thank Rich and his team enough for helping us sell our house. He and his team treated us like we were their number one priority at all times, responding at lightning speed to texts and emails, even after business hours. Every person on the team is a true professional. When I went to the office to drop off the check for the hand money, everyone on the team was super friendly and acted like they knew me. From the beginning, he was very honest and diligent with our communication.
