ZillowVERIFIED Sharon was very helpful and great to work with, especially with me being a first time homebuyer! Very knowledgeable and helped me out a lot. Had a bad experience with a realtor from a different company who stopped returning my calls or messages, Sharon was the complete opposite and found me a very nice house with a good amount of land in my price range! Highly recommended?

ZillowVERIFIED Sharon did an excellent job finding us a place that fit our needs and desires and was very helpful with helping us understand the region as we were coming from out of town. She also pulled a rabbit out of the hat when the deal almost fell through, because of a complication with the house appraisal, and got us a better deal than was initially listed.

ZillowVERIFIED Sharon successfully negotiated a complicated home purchase for my family. We purchased a foreclosed home and she did all of the research to make sure we were protected in the sale. She talked to us about the importance of purchasing title insurance and explained all of the pros and cons of our purchase. She consulted with utilities on our behalf for the home inspection as well. She is extremely knowledgeable about both the sellers and the buyers responsibilities during a home purchase. She is professional and went above and beyond for us. She provided us with a list of buyers attorneys in our area that we could consult. Sharon answered all phone calls, text messages and emails promptly. I recommend her to anyone in need of an outstanding agent!
