ReviewTo say Sharon went above and beyond is an understatement. I needed help selling my mom's property and live out of state. Sharon ensured we received great value for the property and in a timely manner. Her communication and attention to detail (there was a lot) was top notch. I highly recommended anybody utilize Sharon as a realtor when buying or selling!

Review Sharon was such a kind person to work with. She made the process feel manageable for me, and that's a huge compliment coming from an over thinker. Buying and selling is stressful and honestly the entire process feels paralyzing with rates going up, inflation, the economy, etc. Sharon simplified complicated real estate hurdles. She made me feel comfortable, informed, and that I was making a good decision for me and my family. Sharon is incredibly patient and wonderfully skilled at her job.

Review I recently had Sharon manage both the sale of my rental property and the purchase of a new house, and she was great to work with: agreeable, knowledgeable, thorough and dedicated. Her insight provided me with useful advice on details I might have overlooked, and her many connections helped me to find the best contractors for inspection and repairs. I strongly recommend using her as your realtor!

Review Sharon Burnett has been a pleasure to work with. This is our second home to sell using the Sharon Burnett/Jacki Nicklous team. We did not hesitate to call Sharon after having her help sell the first home. We would describe her as very efficient, knowledgeable and caring. Her responsive time to getting back to you as the client is very quick. We would highly recommend her.

Review Sharon was the third real estate agent I worked with while looking for a home in the Eugene area. (The first two were fine, but didn't seem they were working very hard for me at all. In a highly competitive seller's market, I suppose it is understandable to put buyers on the back burner, but I was getting frustrated in the process.) A friend, probably tired of hearing me complain about my 6 months of housing search woes, referred me to Sharon, and I'm so glad she did! Don't let Sharon's quiet, calm, and polished demeanor fool you. She hustled and creatively advocated for us to jump on a newly re-listed property and made sure our offer was the best we could make it, and was responsive and professional through the entire purchase process. She even went above and beyond to track down some information for us that helped us negotiate a lower ultimate price, for which we are eternally grateful. I would definitely work with Sharon again, and I have already referred her to other house hunters.

Review We didn't know where to start in the home buying process, but we wanted to get started fast because our landlord wanted to jack up our rent. Based off a friend's recommendation, we emailed Sharon and within hours she detailed the process. Once we got the loan process started, Sharon showed us to homes all over the area with just a few day's notice since she knew about our urgency to buy. She understood our wants and could read any hesitation we had about houses we weren't interested in. Within a few days, we found the home we wanted, and she sent in the bid. Not even two days later, we heard the seller accepted aEUR" with some of our demands for repairs, all of which masterfully negotiated by Sharon. During the inspection period, she advocated for us and our needs and wants. And when repairs weren't made, she made sure the seller knew about it. Thanks to Sharon, we found the home wanted in what seems like record-breaking speed (we were moved in less than a month after getting the process started).

Review My husband and I had the privilege of working with Sharon. Sharon was a wonderful resource from the beginning in helping us find our dream home. We started our home search with a very broad location search. After Sharon carefully listened to our needs, wants, and concerns, she was able to help us narrow our search down in the end to our dream home and dream location. We appreciated her timely responses, careful consideration to what we were looking for, helpful resources to fine tune our search, and overall positive and caring personality delivered at the utmost professionalism. We can't recommend Sharon enough!

Review I live 2,000 miles away from the house I was selling and was in need of a Realator that was knowledgeable about the local market and property values. They were the perfect realtors that were very responsive and helped sell the property quickly. I could not have done it without them. If you are looking to buy, or sell this is the team you want to help you with that.
