Sharon guided us every step of the way, and we are so fortunate to have had her by our side.We never thought we would be the type of people that bought a house site unseen. Who does that?! If it weren't for Sharon, the perfect home for our family would have gotten away. She led us around on a digital tour and helped us write an offer within a day. Out of four offers, at her guidance, we submitted the best one. During the "due diligence" process, which was new to us, she explained every step of the way, including strategy and insight. On top of it all, she helped us with renovations after we purchased the home, and we simply could not be happier.To show we tried to be constructive, we gave her a 4/5 on responsiveness. There were one or two times where we only had 90-95% of the information we wish we had, but none of them would have changed our decision making. Plus, we are really stretching to find a critique. All in all, Sharon knows the market, understands the process and has a great reputation with other local realtors. She is somebody you can trust, and she has the experience and attitude to get results. You won't go wrong working with her as your realtor, and we are so thankful for everything she did for us.

ZillowVERIFIED We were relocating from south Florida to NC and didnt have a realtor in mind. A good south Florida realtor friend who we were selling our south Florida home with did some research and ended up referring Sharon based on her reputation. We didnt know very much about NC other than some major city names and that having good public schools were important for our children. Sharon took the lead and went above and beyond scheduling over 50 showings over 3 or 4 counties for the few days we were going to be in town. Sharon made finding the right home for us a priority and spent a good 20+ hours with us over the few days we were here prioritizing our needs and schedules above whatever else she had going on that week. Sharon was extremely thorough, had a very nice personalized folder for us with all her companys info. We had complete confidence from the moment we met her that she really knew the areas of NC and was an excellent tour guide at the same time. Because our time with Sharon was so productive we were able to narrow down to a few houses and place offers remotely and negotiate while out of town. Sharon was very accommodating to provide access to several service/inspection companys above and beyond your typical home closing inspection. We ended up closing on the perfect home for us 3 months after initially meeting Sharon. The process could not of gone smoother thanks to Sharons detailed planning, organization, warm personality and hospitality. We would highly recommend Sharon and her company for anyone in the market for buying or selling in NC!

Sound good?I expected our house would be easy to sell in our hot market, so I was skeptical about hiring a real estate agent versus For Sale by Owner. But, I just didn't have the bandwidth for it and Sharon presented us with a plan we felt could work for our needs. I am SO, so glad we went with Sharon.Sharon's plan worked like clockwork: we received multiple offers over asking in a handful of days. More then that, when we discovered some unfortunate surprises in the house that needed to be fixed, and Sharon handled it. She helped us get quotes, manage contractors, was efficient, helpful, honest in negotiations with the buyers, and was independent. She saved us a ton of stress and handled the situation without damaging our earnings or the sale. On the last day, there was another surprise that the buyer's agent decided to lay on us, and Sharon handled it. She immediately made us feel at ease and we knew, without a doubt, that she had our best interest at heart and would always shoot us straight when it came to looking at real estate. We were so indecisive about where we wanted to purchase a home, but Sharon, being an expert, took the time to show us around multiple neighborhoods and towns so we could get a feel for all of them and not settle before we explored all options.
