ZillowVERIFIED Sharon is the best residential real estate broker I have worked with on either side of a deal. She is smart, empathetic and kind but can also be tough when necessary. Sharon helped us buy a new build that was in progress (foundation in the ground) when we found it. We were moving from the west coast to the east coast and couldn't be on site during the build to see options and make choices. While we liked the builder, the time and space gap resulting from 3 time zones and a couple thousand miles of distance, caused problems because he preferred to work at arms length and his broker, who served as the point person for details/choices, was not motivated to solve problems. In fact, no problem was too small to get in his way and push timelines; he simply refused to take ownership or responsibility for anything as a matter of course. Fortunately, Sharon was there to consistently bridge the gap, push open items forward to completion and gently but clearly call the counterparty to task when necessary. Importantly, Sharon was able to get results with reason and finesse without letting conflict come to a head or boil over (left to my own devices, I would have likely have hammered away at the details and won small battles just to lose the war and get a worse final result on the house). One story of many that show how good Sharon is at her work: as part of the build, my wife and I ordered and shipped about 40 lighting fixtures/fans to the house. We put together a document with pictures of each fixture listed by room and location but the boxes came with different brand and model names on them than the invoices from our orders so the organizing process was difficult. We were apprehensive about getting each box labeled and placed in the correct room and were skeptical that any of the contractors or our local family members would be able to coordinate the install placements properly. Sharon heard our concerns and offered to handle the process. She coordinated getting all the boxes to the house from my relatives in the area, she printed out the document we had created, cut each relevant fixture image and placement description out and pasted them to the appropriate fixture box and set-up the boxes in at the house to make install easy for the electricians. Due to Sharon's efforts (and many hours of extra work), every single fixture was installed correctly and "extra" fixtures that we had delivered before making final decisions ended up in the basement where we asked them to be placed --> every item was handled with complete accuracy. Sharon was a complete professional during our 6 month buying and building process. She is detail oriented, extremely competent and can be trusted to keep other parties on track to help keep you from losing your mind. Sharon will give you her honest opinion even if it is nuanced from your own - that is a rare and valuable ability in my experience. I give Sharon my highest possible recommendation.
