As first time home buyers, looking for a home in the competitive market of Winter Garden, we wanted someone who would fight for us, and thats exactly what Sharon did. Every step of the way, Sharon was communicating with us, texting or calling at odd hours and weekend days to answer our every question. When we spotted the right home, we knew we needed to move fast, and we sent Sharon the message "Put on offer on this one asap"... we didn't realize Sharon was on vacation in Hawaii at that moment, where it was 5am. We were moving to the Orlando area from out of town which meant we couldnt come see the house being built except for every other week or so. No worries though, because Sharon would swing by and take pictures for us and keep us filled in. Literally, at every step of the way, Sharon was physically with us. I would say Sharon, were going to be doing this and she would say she knew and would be there with us. It was awesome to have her by our side and support us through the ENTIRE buying process. There were times when the process was nerve wracking, but Sharon calmed us down and worked her MAGIC, which I still have no idea how she did some of the things she did. She would laugh with us and keep us calm. All in all, I would love to have Sharon again as our realtor (even though we found our forever home). I am honored to write this review for Sharon because she deserves this great review and I wish I could do more to show my appreciation to Sharon for all she did to make our family feel the way we did. Met with us every time on our time, not hers.. she would work with the lender right along with us and suggest who to use for inspection and appraiser. Got the house for 20,000 less than asking price. What is better than that? I would reccomend her to anyone.
