She was always very receptive to calls, messages, and emails--even at off hours. She's very veteran-friendly and is part of a generous "Homes for Heroes" program that really sets out to caiter to veteran's needs. That aside, I'm certain she'd handle all of her clients with nothing less than the utmost care. As first-time home buyers she carefully walked us through ALL of the necessary steps and provided us with resources to multiple lenders, counterpart insurance and warranty agents/agencies, information and steps on new construction and used homes, rationale behind suggestions and recommendations on comparable properties, estimates, disclosures, and counseled us to be patient if she believed we were being too hasty. She definitely wanted us to make decisions that were RIGHT for our situation and NOT in the interest of simply making a sale. She even had the forethought to create her own program in which she offered to network past clients with social engagement opportunities where she thought we'd be a match. Being so new to the area, that was a wonderful gesture, and speaks volumes about her interpersonal and communication abilities. We might have been clients, but she made us feel like family. Great woman with a big heart! She's human like the rest of us, so if you happen to read this and caught her at an exceptionally odd moment where you felt she might not have been receptive, I ASSURE you that any presumption you have is NOT AT ALL in line with her character.
