ZillowVERIFIED Shari did such an amazing job selling our house. From the very start, she did research on the house and was well prepared for our first meeting. That is my biggest pet peeve when it comes to anything. You must be prepared to do a good job and Shari was. She was incredibly nice and knowledgeable which was a huge plus. And she was prepared to give us the hard truth on what she thought we should fix prior to putting the house on the market. And because of those changes, we sold our house in less than a week! I'm hoping not to have to move in the next 10 years but I'm happy to know that if we do move, she is the one we will be going with.

Vicki and Shari made the process of selling my house as uncomplicated as possible. They were efficient at responding promptly to my calls, were a great resource for assistance in cleaning out areas of the house and repairing items that needed attention as well as a great emotional and general support. ZillowVERIFIED I was mostly looking at older homes because that fit my budget better. Shari honestly pointed out flaws in house that I did not know about instead of just listing out the good parts. I appreciated that as that also allows me to learn more about what I was planning on buying and what types of repairs if any I would need to make. She's not the best when it comes to responding via email but usually responses fairly quickly when texting or calling her. Overall though, I enjoyed my time working with Shari.

This was actually our second time working with them -- we had an aborted first attempt at buying when the house (after going under contract) turned out to need extensive repairs that the sellers were unwilling to make. I had brought up a known issue 2 weeks before closing repeatedly and they both repeatedly did not act on my concerns or want to find out much information or go the extra mile. It turns out that now 2 days after closing, I have no house and no money and only a promise that money is coming soon.

As soon as I told her what I'm looking for, she sent me some options and schedule time to go see my choices, she worked fast and hard to help me find a house in my very short time frame! She was always available via phone and email, and always did the best to make me happy. I ended up buying a house in the neighborhood I wanted, and she helped me with everything I had to do, closing day was fast and easy as well.
