Have you ever thought "How do I find the right fit of an agent for me, One that has my back and will make sure my experience in purchasing a home or selling my house as easy and stress free as possible".....I am that Realtor! Being a Mom of two adorable little boys, which challenge me each day and keep me grounded all at the same time. I understand how important time is to you and to your needs as a Seller or Buyer! I decided to become a Realtor because of one reason....to see the satisfaction and SMILE that comes onto the faces of my buyers/sellers. When my husband and I decided to sell our home in Coon Rapids and move to the St Croix Falls in 2000. I interviewed many Realtor s to find that "RIGHT FIT". One that was going to make sure that they found the buyer did the beyond advertising & did more than the same things I could do at that time. I honestly never found that fit for me. The reason, they were not "Think OUTSIDE of the BOX" people. So when I decided to start my career...I wanted to be known as NEW face of Real Estate....I think outside that box and my goal is to get it SOLD, not viewed! In moving to our new home back in 2000. I decided to leave my job at a Prestigious Home Builder Company in the Twin Cities and I took to a corporate business of Customer Service, which truly was my foundations of becoming one of the best Customer Service agents in the field. I was rank'd number one for many years and rewarded for my top sales in 2004-2007. As my children grew now to be more independent, I decided to take to my life goal and jump into Real Estate with Edina Realty out of the St Croix Falls area office. It truly is my niche and I enjoy it to the fullest! Shari was an excellent choice for us to sell our commercial building. It was a unique space that took a long time to show because of the multi-faceted particulars in the space.
