My husband and I drove out of state on a Thursday, found a home we loved, called her Sunday, she was over Monday first thing and our house was listed that same week! Communication is key in a process such as this and Heather was always right there when we needed her, and even when we didnt! She kept us up to speed the entire way and stayed in close contact with our out of state realtor taking much of the work off of our plates. She is a hard working woman with a heart of gold. ZillowVERIFIEDFirst I want you to know that Heather was the sellers realtor. So my review is from the buyers point of view. We, my Bride and I, after talking with Heather over the phone for maybe 10 minutes (the length of our first conversation) made the decision to believe what she had to say as if she was our Realtor too. So we didn't hire another realtor to represent us and have handled our entire transaction with Heather's guidance. The entire process she has be honest and just flat awesome to work with. Because of her, in truth, representation of us to the seller, we have purchased the prettiest lot in Paradise (We finally can move back up the hill) at a more than reasonable cost. She is the best realtor I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. You cannot go wrong working with her no matter if your the seller or the buyer. She will be forthright and honest. You can trust her because she really does care that you get the most for your money. Even if your not the one whom hired her. 5 out of 5 stars. And again she was the sellers Realtor.
