With being new to the area, we looked in the MD, VA, and DC area for a few weeks before narrowing down to VA in order to be within our budget. Shanu was not only knowledgeable about the different neighborhoods we were interested in but also incredibly patient with us throughout the entire process. Shanu came across a property that fit our criteria and was able to negotiate a fantastic deal for us despite the red hot market. We ended up closing shortly after and used the savings on upgrades.
