Shantell is amazing! Extremely helpfulAnd always made herself available for questions. She listened to what we wanted and showed us the perfect options. During closing she helped us navigate our questions with the lender and avoid problems when we were faced with a wire transfer problem. She intervened to make sure the title company fixed the issue. A year later she remembered our "house-a-versary" and sent a congratulations note! She by far is the best and cares about her clients

Shantell did a great job helping me to get in to my new condo in Cave Creek. We looked at close to a dozen other properties and she was always available and responsive. When my (past) mortgage broker acted unprofessionally with the seller's agent, Shantell and her team stepped in and saved the deal for me, in a very tough market. Extremely happy with the buying experience and I highly recommend her.

Shantell was a huge help to us as we seeked to find an investment vacation rental in the Phoenix area. We don't live in the area, so she spent time educating us on the best location for our needs and then finding potential properties for us to visit. She went above and beyond in helping us research inspection issues to determine if we wanted to move forward. She then was completely attentive on the details of ensuring we had all documents in order as we moved towards our closing. It was a very easy process, and we are thrilled with our investment.
