Our experience working with Shannon was wonderful. She is truly an expert in her field and knows the local market like no one else. She helped us through a complicated process of buying a house that was for sale by owner and that required a lot of extra work on her end. She is a fantastic communicator- quick to respond to emails, phone calls and texts and always with in-depth understanding of every detail of the home-buying process. She promptly updated us on any progress or action needed and made sure that the seller followed through with the necessary requirements on their end of the sale.
