I was not prepared for how under prepared I was to start this journey. Shannon was very low pressure. She understood that I was not going to just jump into the first home I saw or get involved in the craziness that is San Diego real-estate. She just listened to my needs and with every showing became more in tune with what we was looking for. When we eventually found a home that we were ready to make an offer on Shannon took it to another level of professionalism. Shannon has an understanding of the market conditions and preparation that is needed help to get us ready to compete in this market without putting undo pressure on an already stressful time. ZillowVERIFIED 5 stars!! Shannon Williams is the Best Realtor! I arrived in San Diego on a mission, to buy a nice condo near the beach and ocean, in a good neighborhood - and with a modest budget - but nobody would sell one! So it quickly became clear that to land my lil dream of upscale beach life I would need a top-notch realtor ! Id already tried to buy a home in La Jolla , Clairemont , Pacific Beach , Serra Mesa and Linda Vista but kept missing out. Meanwhile I have realtor try I,g to sell me on places like Oceanside & San Carlos, that were just too far out for me. So I tell all this to Shannon Williams - best realtor in SD - and she comes *running* across San Diego in very hot weather , first to show me a lil place in PB I wanted to see, but then SHE pointed out a big flaw with the place that I hadnt noticed - costing her the sale on that one (shared a wall with dryers). Then we go - still like 100 degrees out - to see this other place across town, in traffic, that just hit the market 2 hours prior. Was PERFECT! Long story short (er, anyway:) - We got it!! Shannon stayed up late & got the offer in at 1:26 A.M - and was accepted the next day!,Stack of offers and others sold higher right after , & mine came in almost 10k over on the Zestimate a day or 2 later (when it got one!). Fast tracked - got the place inspected , some contingencies , few things fixed by owner - next I was moving in to my new condominium 2 weeks later - about to the day, which allowed me to give up my other place quickly and recover my deposits. Like I said, Shannon Williams - Best Realtor in San Diego ! :) !!!
