Review Shannon is the best person you could ask for to get the job done. We were in a situation where my father passed away 2 months ago. We had buyers for his property and were ready to sell when we found out from the title company that we could not sell the house for 4 months following my fathers death. Shannon worked tirelessly for 2 solid days making phone calls to find another title company that was willing to work with us. We ended up closing on his house in a little over 30 days.Regardless of how many people Shannon was working with, she always made me feel like I was her first priority. Review I want to say first that I was an employee of Stan's with FedEx office before he became our Realtor, so I've known him for 6 years. We were so excited about working with him. We can't say enough about the professionalism and dedication that Stan provided. We looked near and far for 5 months but because we were only approved for a limited amount, it really made things difficult. With several trips together to many towns; Firestone, Loveland, Dacono and all over Longmont, in his car I will add, he was with us through it all. Keeping us informed and working diligently with our Mortgage Representative to try to get bids in for homes we had found, even while on a family vacation. Review It was absolute fate that we met Shannon Wester at an open house after months of looking for a home in our most desired neighborhood. We had met a few realtors who had offered to help us to find a home, but we never felt confident that any one of them could find us the exact home we were looking for. Review I liked the professionalism Shannon brought to the selling process. If I were to do it over I absolutely would not stage the house. The furniture brought a bad odor to the house that we could not mask. The smell improved when the furniture was removed. In this market I believe we could have sold it without spending all that money. When the sellers were not happy with the roof and some electrical outlets, Shannon found repairmen that would take care of it in a timely manner at a fair price. The whole process went well.

Review The sale of the home was really hard to do because no conventional lenders would lend on the home due to its age and the remodels that were done. However, after lots of phone calls, Shannon was able to find a lender that would lend on it with 5% down, which opened the sphere of buyers for the home. She was able to work with our schedule and our needs. Overall was a fantastic experience I will recommend her to anyone needing to sell or buy a home.
