And God forbid the other realtors involved aren't doing their job, she'll make sure that changes super fast, it's one of her biggest pet peeves. I've now bought a house, sold a house, and bought a new house, all with her help, and I'll absolutely be calling her again when it's time for the next move!

Showed the house three times in the first 24 hours and had an offer in 72 hours. I had a realtor in the past so I knew what I won'ted bit then when Shannon became my realtor I realized where has she been. She listens to my every question and if she didn't know a answer she found it out for me. She went literally over and beyond to make me happy without having to feel overwhelmed?. I soon got very comfortable with Shannon and took her own as my new realtor. She showed me houses that I actually would won't to buy and never showed me something I didn't won't but she helped me to keep my options open. She cared more than any realtor I ever met. She showed me a house the first day I met her and a month later I was living in my dream home. If your looking for someone to work for you and to help you with buying a house or land Shannon Spell is the one for you. I had a past realtor for a couple months and went threw multiple houses with still no luck. So if Shannon can show me the houses and features I won'ted and listen to what I won't and help me get in a house within a month she can help you. I wish I could buy another house just to get to work with her again. Let her do the work for you I promise you will be begging to come back to her. After I bought my home I never thought to myself what I get myself intoor should I have bought something else,I was very confident with the decisions I made and with the help of Shannon Spell they were very worth it. Everything went smooth and I'd there was a problem she would fix it with ease.it was such a relief to have someone who actually cared.

ZillowVERIFIED This was our first time selling a house and had only information that the internet provided. Shannon never gave advise or suggestions, never responded to any calls, emails, texts. Asked several times to update all websites since we had done $7000 in upgrades to house and yet the pictures and description on house is still not updated. Very disappointing experience and would not recommend her to anyone.

Even though I was out of town for the majority of the process she found a variety of homes that met my criteria and was in constant communication until I returned and was able to look at the ones that I had narrowed down. Once I found what I wanted I only had two weeks to close before going out of town again and Shannon made it happen. She also continued to check in on the place until I returned and was able to move in. Shannon is very dedicated to her clients and certainly takes pride in her work.

On the first day that we went to see houses she really paid attention to what we said we liked about properties and what we said we didn't. That really allowed her to focus in on what we were looking for. On our second time out to see properties she showed us our new home. She actually showed us several homes on the second day that had what we were looking for, which was really great because we didn't have to settle for a house.
