Moving from Texas to Washington was a huge transition for my husband and me, and Shannon made the entire home-buying process feel calm and supported. Shannon and Ruthy did an outstanding job helping us market and sell our unique water ski lake property. Every aspect of the transaction from marketing, staging to open houses was handled professionally while always maintaining a personal touch. We were kept informed and provided guidance throughout the process. The marketing materials and photos/videos were absolutely beautiful and helped promote our home. They went over and above by being in the videos (including a video of them jumping in the lake to show a day in the life - how many agents would do that??) We had the pleasure of working with Shannon as our buyers agent, and we cannot recommend her highly enough! Even though we never met her in person, Shannon built our trust from the very beginning. She showed us several houses via phone video, and during that whirlwind weekend of remote touring, her remarks were always on-point, extremely informative, and delivered with a level of competence and genuine care that immediately put us at ease. A few days later, we spotted a promising new listing online and reached out. Even though her day was already packed, Shannon went above and beyond to squeeze in a virtual showing for us that very morning. Shannon did an amazing job assisting my family with purchasing a home. She was everything a realtor should be - responsive, diligent, and strong communicator and negotiator.
