She made the time difference seem negligible by being available late in her day to assist with any questions, comments, concerns we may have. She utilized email, text and phone calls to maximize communication based on which medium worked best depending on the time of day. She knew we were keeping options open for both renting and buying and fully supported us in our search and we never felt pressured to focus on one over the other. When we did make the leap to buy, she clarified with us to make sure that was what we were wanting since wed expressed renting was our preferred option. After that, it was full steam ahead!
