We purchased a home through Shannon on 11.15.2022. Shannon is very sweet and kind. I never felt unheard by her. She always remembered what we were looking for in a home. I liked the way she studied what me and my wife wanted. As a result, she knew what types of homes to present to us. Even when our offers werent accepted, she motivated us to stay positive. And one day she reached out to us and said that one of our offers were accepted. Shannon has a family of her own but she was willing to sacrifice for us in the late evenings to draw up offer letters and answer any questions we had. Shannon is not egotistical but was very patient with us. We were first time home buyers and she walked us along the way, patiently teaching us what we needed to know in this home buying process. And when the time comes for us to sell our home, well be reaching out to her again!

Shannon helped us find a home for our growing family. We wanted to find something quick and she got us into all the houses we wanted to see. We wanted a 3 bedroom and 2 bath. A lot of the houses we kept seeing had either floor problems or foundation issues, smell problems. We kept searching in lake wildwood area. This was almost a must for us. Our second day looking with Shannon she suggested we go and see a house that was just re listed. We went to see it, had that beautiful fresh house smell, 3 beds 2 baths, cute little kitchen. Just everything we were looking for. We fell in love, put in our offer and we got it!! Shannon was amazing with answering all our questions we had in regards to the house, and we first time home buyers, she was very informative and walked us through every step of the process.
