ZillowVERIFIED Rocio helped us with the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new one. She was responsive, detailed, and worked great with the other realtors which helped make for a smooth process. After months of not finding any houses we liked, one finally hit the market and she had us in to look at it immediately. It already had multiple offers, but Rocios negotiating skills got our offer accepted that same night. She was emailing us documents to sign at midnight! Equally as impressive is the team at Ibarra that supports the process after the negotiating is complete. I think they nabbed the best in the business because they were outstanding. They recognized that the lender for the person buying our home was getting behind, and an entire team of people worked non-stop to make sure the other lender got back on track so we could close both homes on time. I am convinced we would have closed weeks late if it werent for Ibarra.

ZillowVERIFIED Junior helped me find two rental investment homes in the Des Moines area. Junior is very knowledgeable of the area and what it takes to find a home that will cashflow. He also has extensive knowledge in what it will take to make homes rent ready (i.e. rental certificate). Some homes require thousands in compliance issues that Junior can recognize immediately and make your first investment property experience go smoothly. He even told me how much to rent the homes for and I was able to have them rented out before I closed on them!I will definitely use Junior on my next rental investment.
