When going through a new process I can get a little energetic; Matt didn't seem to be bothered at all by the enthusiasm, the questions, the extra phone calls, and the emails. He helped us get our VA loan, showed us houses with little notice, and was knowledgeable about the process.I had coworker friends try to recommend their favorite real estate agent, we had no reason to seek another agent. We were relocating from Cincinnati to the Cleveland area, so we started on Zillow in areas our son-in-law recommended ... and we picked out several listings to visit during the Friday/Saturday/Sunday visit. Shannon met us at each location but we were unable to find anything suitable for us. On Saturday, Shannon and her team shared a few other listings to visit. One of the ones Shannon and her team showed us was the one we liked the best. We made an offer before we left for Cincinnati on Sunday. After the offer was extended and accepted, Shannon and her team walked us thru the inspection / closing process -- long distance.
