After two failed attempts by other agents, I was not very hopeful that our house would sell the third time around but we had an opportunity to go for it again so we tried. I did my research this time on agents and noticed that she had really great reviews-I didnt realize how important it is to do your homework before you pick an agent. Less than a week of being on the market, we received multiple offers and ended up accepting an offer over asking with us being in the drivers seat. Shannon does her research herself, she really makes sure that the offer is solid before going forward with one. We never received offers on our home before so getting a handful this time with Shannon was exciting. My only regret was not finding Shannon sooner. ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Shannon to purchase horse property in Norco. The first time we contacted her was in August 2021. We submitted a request through her website. So many times, we have tried to get in contact with professionals online and they have not gotten back with us within a reasonable time or at all. Shannon responded very quickly and was not intimidated with our list of needs and wants in a horse property or the fact that we were out of state at the time. In this current market with inventory so low and our budget fairly tight, Shannon never lost contact with us or made us feel hopeless. In fact, even when we felt like settling a bit, she would encourage us to not rush and would always be very honest about the potential negatives in a home. She could have tried to make a quick sell with a number of houses we toured. Her parents, who are also realtors, toured a home with us the one and only time she was unavailable. After checking that it was ok with us to tour with her parents, we met them at a home fairly far from the Norco area where they live. They were prompt, honest, and friendly just like Shannon. They pointed out potential issues with the home in terms of layout for our horses that we didnt even notice since we were so taken with the interior of the home. It was nice to see where Shannon gets her professionalism and work ethic. We always felt comfortable asking her any questions we had and she worked very hard to get us exactly what we wanted. We succeeded in finding the perfect home for us and our animals, which we didnt know if we would accomplish in this market. We have already referred Shannon to family, friends, and acquaintances and will continue to do so. If we ever sell this home, we plan on working with her again. She is a wonderful realtor and person.

She walked us through every step of the way. She was extremely fast in her responses. Anytime I received a document Shannon was there to explain what it meant in laymans terms. She went above and beyond taking the time to explain things to us, even giving us advice about the best way to move out of state based on what shes observed with other clients. She didnt have to take the time to help us with this, but she did. We put a lot of money into our home before we decided to sell, and Shannon was careful to make sure every upgrade was listed so we could get the most for our home. When we wanted a lease back, Shannon made sure that all buyers were made aware as to not waste anyones time. She never pressured us to make any fast decisions, and when we had offers on the table she explained which ones were the most reliable and dependent to decrease the chances of the house falling out of escrow and prolonging the process. Shannon was a rock star! She made the entire process simple and painless. She had her best interest at heart and we never had to worry about a thing.
