She was very helpful with selling strategies, listing price, comps, etc. She gave me great advice on staging my home and what buyers look for. I really loved getting feedback from other agents who showed my home outside of Shannon. I would get notified of those other realtors feedback shortly after they showed my home. Shannon knows and has access to so many people and outlets to sell your home for the best price and get it done in the quickest amount of time.One thing I was the most impressed with about Shannon is her professionalism. That professionalism covers things from marketing materials Ive never seen when selling a home, her attitude and drive when selling a home, to helping others Ive referred to her when theyre selling or looking for a place to buy.Shannon can sell any home. My home was in a tough price range between lower end homes and higher end homes. Ive known her long enough and seen examples of her being able to easily sell homes in each end of the spectrum. My home was a different animal which would be difficult for your average realtor to throw on the MLS and start showing it. ZillowVERIFIED Considering that Shannon didnt get a penny directly from us as a buyer, she did an unbelievable job of helping us buy a lot in UT. We live out of state in IL and were in St. George for only 2 days in October on our way from Las Vegas to Lake Powell. I had contacted Shannon several years ago regarding a property that I had been interested in at the time on Zillow, but I had never actually communicated with her after that. Before our recent trip, though, I dug up Shannons old e-mail and asked her if she could show us around while we were in town. She gladly fit us into her busy schedule and showed us more properties in a couple of hours than we could ever have seen on our own. There was no hard sell. She was honest and up front about the pros and cons of each of the properties. In the end, we ended up buying a lot in the Red Mountain Estates subdivision that she had shown us. Through out the long purchasing process, she answered all of our questions promptly. Trying to execute such an important transaction from half way across the country was nerve-racking to say the least, but Shannon made the whole process go as smoothly as possible. I would strongly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell property in the St. George area.
