ZillowVERIFIED Shannon is fantastic! I am an out of state investor and rely on agents a lot. Most agents do not answer the phone, and if you finally get a hold of them and they determine that there may not be anything in it for them then they quickly get off of the phone. Shannon is not like that at all. He answers his phone, and has this wonderful calm attitude of "how can I help." He is extremely knowledgeable, and confident, but lacks the big ego! He spent a lot of time on the phone trying to help me comp a property and then determine the best investment strategy. He even drove over to the house to look at it for me. He gave me a detailed description of the property and helped me decide how to move forward. Like others have noted in their review, Shannon has a wonderful way of making you feel like you are friends, and that he wants what is best for you. I highly appreciate him, and will utilize him every opportunity I get. He is my new favorite Lexington agent.Thank you, Shannon!

For starters, when we first met Shannon and mentioned to him that we were going to be looking at homes soon, we exchanged contact information right away. However, it took much longer than expected to get things straight on our end, but instead of rushing us or even kicking us to the curb (most realtors I feel would have brushed us aside) he consistently checked in on us every few months to see how we were doing, and even offered us advice on what we needed to get done. Once we were ready, there was no question who we were going to use, we immediately called Shannon and within a week we were already meeting up to view homes. Once in the homes, Shannon wasn't like what you would normally expect from a realtor, rather than trying to push us just to make a sale, Shannon walked us through homes and it honestly felt like we were walking through with a trusted friend or family member, the way he pointed out the pros AND the cons of every house and gave us his honest opinion each time we asked for it. Once we found a house we liked, he walked us through every step, and genuinely had our back when it came time to negotiate an offer. Needless to say, if you're searching for an honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable realtor, I would highly, HIGHLY recommend you give Shannon a call.

ZillowVERIFIED Shannon spent months working long hours and weekends to help us find our first home. My husband and I felt like Shannon went above and beyond to help us. We started our home search in 2014 with a different agency and had such a bad experience we put off house searching for two years because we felt so hopeless. A co worker recommended Shannon to us in April 2016, outgrowing our townhouse we figured we would try again, and I am so glad we did! Shannon was very thorough in every house walk through we done and we truly felt like he was on "our side", which was much different than what we had experienced in the past. Shannon was patient, understanding, dependable, and worked so hard to find us a house that fit our family. We closed on our house around six weeks ago and Shannon still checks in asking for house updates, and continues to help us with any house related issues or questions we have. We would definitely recommend Shannon to anyone, he is a GREAT realtor. You will not be disappointed if you choose him as your realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Shannon Foster made this experience of buying a house with my wife wonderful. When we first met him in November of 2015. He took all the information we gave him on what we needed in a home. He showed us every house that matched what we needed and what fit our criteria. He was really quick on returning phone calls, answering emails and answering text messeges. His knowledge of the housing market was superior. He showed us facts by bringing paperwork on viewings and kept us well informed on the daily changes in the housing market. Lastly his skills when it came to negotiating are second to none. With that being said I was able to get more bang for my buck on purchasing a home. I have already recommended two of my friends to Shannon Foster, when they decide to purchase a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Shannon was incredible through the whole process. At a drop of a hat he would show us a house. He would stay out with us checking houses out till late, which we felt horrible about. He gave us his honest opinion on everything and answered every single question we had with an honest answer or if he didn't have an answers he would find one quickly. He sent us emails full of houses that fit our search criteria and when we finally found the one, he gave us a list of things to expect and steps that we had to take before signing and moving in. Shannon wasn't able to be with us at closing because of a personal matter, but he had someone with us every step of the way. I know when it's time to buy again he will be our first call.
