ZillowVERIFIEDShannon did an amazing job of making everything from my application, to living, and vacancy seamless. She is very responsive and accommodating of everything when communicating. I truly could not capture how effortless working with her was in the time she was my property manager. Thank you Shannon!
ZillowVERIFIEDShannon got us through everything with the least amount of stress. She understood our wants and needs, and she had our backs every step of the way. She maintained excellent communication with us throughout the entire process. I wish I could give more than five stars. We highly recommend her.
ZillowVERIFIEDShannon was absolutely a pleasure to work with. Being both the buyers and sellers agent, she was very fair and professional, put no pressure on us and connected us to her resources so we have an honest understanding of repairs involved before we put in an offer. She is THE best!
ZillowVERIFIEDShannon was just amazing. Our property had to be one of the most difficult on the market but she handled every issue with grace, professionalism and compassion. Over and over she went far beyond what I could ever have expected, stepping in to make the process as easy as possible, all the while finding us just the perfect buyer. She answered every call and kept us informed every step of the way.
ZillowVERIFIEDShannon did a great job selling our house. She was able to get an offer in less than 24 hours and handled all issues quickly and professionally. She sold our house at full ask and did so in record time. I highly recommend her as an agent and I look forward to working with her again in the future.
ZillowVERIFIEDShannon sold our home in 9 days for well over asking price! Honestly, I would never use anyone else! She was professional and went above and beyond for us! Thank you!
ZillowVERIFIEDShannon is a fantastic agent! She has a deep knowledge of market cycles, property types (land, multi family, single famliy homes) and has a good history of working with other agents in getting the best deal for her clients. Shannon helped me work through several purchases and even helped steer me away from some "too good to be true" deals. She also has a good network of loan agents and contractors (I used both) to work with should you need some work done. I would highly recommend Shannon to any of my friends or family.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe've used Shannon for 3 homes and 1 commercial property. She's professional, responsive, and will go 'the extra mile' for you. We appreciated her candor with us in tough negotiation situations and best yet, we have done enough business with her now to call her a friend also. I highly recommend her!
ZillowVERIFIEDShannon helped us by our house a few years ago. She was friendly, encouraging, and always looked for our best interests. She was not just willing to sell us a house so she could make a profit on it. My sister and brother-in-law had put an offer on a house in Gilroy. Shannon could have made a bunch of money off of it, but at the last minute, she could sense that my sister was not 100% happy with the house. Instead of talking her into it by convincing her that Christopher High School was a much better place than Sobrato High School (which it is), she found them another house. She even went out of her way to go get a cabinet worth of kitchen supplies that was overlooked in the previous house during the move. Shannon grew up in this area, so she knows it really well. She wants the best for everyone she meets. You will not be disappointed in choosing her as a realtor.
ZillowVERIFIEDI am so happy we decided to use Shannon Farrell for the sell of our home in Morgan Hill. Not only was she super helpful and friendly, but she was very knowledgeable and confident with every step of the way! We were under contract quickly so Shannon always made sure she was on top of things. I would recommend Shannon to anyone who is looking for a professional, caring, and devoted realtor! Thank you, Shannon!
ZillowVERIFIEDWe enjoyed our time with Shannon. She really wanted to help us. WE were from East USA so our time to look was limited and she was very efficient in showing us what we wanted to see.
ZillowVERIFIEDShannon is truly a great realtor she's so nice and she gets things done. I'm lucky to have a realtor that genuinely cares about her client, I would definitely recommend her
ZillowVERIFIEDShannon Farrell is just a fantastic agent! Not only did she give us lots of pointers on how best to prepare our home for sale, she also, at times, acted more as a personal therapist during those stressful moments of our sale and subsequent move. Throughout, Shannon remained highly professional and caring. Our family is very grateful for the dedication shown by Shannon; we felt like her only clients during the entire process. Anyone looking for a speedy sale with a focused team would do well to work with Shannon Farrell!
