ZillowVERIFIEDAbsolutely Impressed! We found Shannon very professional, competent, and very easy to work with. She was a very good listener, and very patient as it was our first time to sell. We really liked that she was upfront about the process and expectations. Since there's so many realtors, it's so hard to know what you will get, and Shannon went above and beyond. But what really stood out was that she genuinely cared about making sure we were taken care of, and not just about selling the house, and that's why I gave her a 10. She is a very good person!
ZillowVERIFIEDShannon was the miracle worker we needed in our home buying process! After being through the ringer with multiple realtors, we were introduced to the wonderful Shannon! She was honest, down to earth, and treated us like family from the time we met to the (second) day of our closing. She was patient as we we're first time home buyers with a million questions and she was always available via phone or email with quick and professional responses. I have recommended her to several of our friends who are now going through home buying with her. My husband and I are loyal clients for as long as she's in the industry. We love our house and the experience with Shannon!
ZillowVERIFIEDWe bought a house five years ago that was bank owned. Shannon was the third realtor we hired during the process. It was very time consuming and had a lot of red tape to get through for us to close on the house. Shannon went above and beyond with her energy and time for us. We are still very good friends five years later and I would recommend her ten times over to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a house.
ZillowVERIFIEDVery Professional service with Shannon. None better . Very pleasant experience through some extremely difficult circumstances. Kept us completely informed and always followed through on every detail. Above and beyond expectations. 10 plus out of 10 Will highly Recommend Shannon Earle. We thank her for her great service.
ZillowVERIFIEDShannon works extremely hard to make sure she is providing the best buying/selling experience to her clients. My wife and I met Shannon while she was showing another client's property and were drawn to her professionalism and knowledge in real estate. Immediately we knew we wanted to buy our first home with her as our agent. We were extremely impressed at her ability to react and respond to our wants and needs as we looked at properties and turn that into showings of houses that really peaked our interest. What is most impressive with Shannon is the amount of hard work and dedication she will put towards her clients. She will work day and night to make sure clients' needs are met when buying or selling a house. I highly recommend Shannon as an agent and will definitely be giving her a call if/when we decide to sell our house and begin looking for home number two!
ZillowVERIFIEDShannon was great to work with. She made things so easy for me and my husband, she listened to everything we needed and wanted and got us everything we asked for. I would work with again heart beat!

ZillowVERIFIEDShannon was such a huge help in selling my Grandma's house in Minneapolis. She was very attentive and responsive. Shannon was very helpful in guiding us through the listing process. She basically took care of everything and was always able to answer any questions we had. She even folded our laundry during an open house! It was a win win for everyone involved!
ZillowVERIFIEDShannon assisted me with modifying my loan in lieu of a short sale. The process was long but she helped me throughout the process. I would highly recommend Shannon if you need to short sale your home. Kim
