Shannon Daniele

Shannon got his start in the real estate industry when he joined Mark 1 Mortgage, a notable southern California mortgage lender. He quickly became the Top Producer and held that tile for 12 consecutive years. When the company opened a real estate division, he used the opportunity to gain an even more thorough understanding of the full real estate transaction process. Without structured training, he relied on his strong work ethic, heaps of initiative and a disruptive marketing style to excel through every market. Always striving for better opportunities for his clients and his team, he earned his Broker's license in 2003 and founded Rescue Funding that same year. Abstract Topography Background From 2003 to 2007 he was the CEO and loan officer for the company as it funded "Hard Money" private mortgages. From 2007 through 2012, he was a managing partner of Quest Equity Fund, which held a $100 million dollar security permit. He oversaw investor relations, mortgage underwriting and origination operations along with acquisition, renovation and disposition of real estate assets. A raving fan of HomeSmart International turned Shannon on to the company in 2014 and he found it to be a rapidly expanding brand with a strong focus on technology, efficiency and professionalism. He opened his first location in Long Beach, CA and now also has offices in Downey and Torrance for his nearly 200 real estate agents. Access to so many agents has also provided him with various real estate investment opportunities where he has earned a 100% success rate while acting as everything from the real estate agent to the contractor. In 2015, Shannon aligned himself with Summit Lending and formed a net branch, Summit Lending Abstract Topography Background of Long Beach, where he helped Summit grow to be recognized by United Wholesale Mortgage, the nation's largest mortgage lender, as a Platinum partner, its highest level. Shannon and his wife of 21 years have four sons, aged 15 - 20, that all share his entrepreneurial streak and want to study marketing and business in college. All have expressed interest in joining him in expanding his businesses and with that in mind, he formed Crush Mortgage Corp. in 2021. Crush is the brand of his own that they will work on expanding across the nation together. All of Shannon's companies are currently expanding, but he takes his role as a hard-core family man even more seriously. He exercises daily because on the weekends if he isn't cooking up a storm for his wife's gatherings then nearly every weekend year-round, he's either mountain biking, snowboarding or wakeboarding with his wife and sons who are looking forward to joining him and his company in annual obstacle course mud runs.
