ZillowVERIFIED After speaking to 3 realtors (that turned me down stating I wouldn't be able to purchase a home because of lack of job history) I was then introduced to Shannon. We spoke on the phone and immediately I felt comfortable that she was capable of helping me. I had just moved back to PA from another state and was afraid that my job history would effect my chance of getting a home. Apartments were getting expensive and I had 2 dogs that needed a bigger space not to mention that I needed a lower monthly payment. Shannon was able to assist me in finding a home that I could afford in less than a month. I appreciate Shannon and even after the purchase of my house, if I had any questions, she would be there for me. I don't know how many agents would do that but I would absolutely call her to help you with your new investment.

ZillowVERIFIED Frustrating experience. Took about a year even after following her recommendations to sell my townhouse. Didn't seem to be a priority. Ended up selling for much less than the comps. I finally gave up. Interesting that I recently was contacted by the buyer who stated they love the house and upgrades... They should for the low price paid for the house.

She held my hand through every phase of the project...not only did she identify the house, but she introduced me to several contractors and helped me though the licensing and red tape every step. Once the house was completed it sold in 2 days! Didn't even make it to the open house. Shannon visited the property weekly with me and had tremendous input into the renovations we did. In short, I got a hell of a lot more value than I could imagine getting from any Real Estate agent...she acts more like a partner in the rehab project. Above and beyond doesn't cover it.
