They have helped me sell a house a few years ago when I was leaving the area and Aliyah and Chasity recently helped me and my wife purchase a house when we moved back. Aliyah worked around our crazy schedule and last minute "can we see this house that just came on the market" type requests. She provided excellent advice and spent a lot of time with us helping us to find the right house. Add to that the fact that my wife was in a completely different state most of the time so we were doing Facetime walkthroughs of houses or coordinating showings for weekends when my wife came into town. We moved to NC from California in the 3rd trimester of a twin pregnancy- talk about high stakes to find our perfect home fast! We appreciated how she helped us expertly sift through available homes and neighborhoods that fit our specific needs. This being our first home purchase, there were a lot of phone calls, texts, and emails from us, all outside of normal business hours and across three time zones, which she continuously responded to both in a professional, kind, and timely manner- knowing how nervous we were. She walked us through the entire process multiple times so we understood clearly how we were going to proceed each step of the way. Once we found the right property and our offer was accepted, her and the KW Bruins Team spearheaded a full home inspection. We ended up discovering some hidden issues with the home's septic system, which led us to withdraw the offer and resume our search. Aliyah clearly took hold of the situation and drove it the entire time. Each step of the way she was coordinating with our lender, the seller, the seller's agent, and myself, driving negotiations until we closed on our dream home in Emerywood- High Point. She protected us (her client) from start to finish, played great hardball, all with the goal of getting us the best purchase price. Long story short, I'm sitting here typing this in our beautiful home, with two sleeping babies in the nursery. She clearly knows what she's doing! Shannon walked through the house prior to listing and gave me great feedback on some small things that could be done to help sell the house, got the house listed on my time-frame. She was also able to evaluate the price I was interested in listing the house for, and suggested raising it given current market conditions, which was great feedback. The use of technology was through the showing time app was a great way to keep up to date on when viewings were planned and what potential buyers thought of the property. The use of E-signatures whenever possible was also really convenient for me. I was able to sign several of the documents used in the process without having to make a special trip to their office. Once an offer was in, the team was very helpful in determining what repairs should be performed. The closing process also went very smoothly. I was able to sign docs ahead of time, and the team was able to move the closing earlier than originally proposed. Overall, I'm very pleased with the execution of the transaction and highly recommend Shannon, Ashley Robertson, and the whole Keller William's team.
