I filled out his online form and he quickly responded and we set up a date to meet after our listing went live we had a lot of interest and within the first week had several showings more than we had in six months with our prior agent. Although the home was once a showpiece in an exclusive neighborhood, it was 25 years old and had not been well-maintained or updated. I was halfway across the country, dealing with my own relocation and my many other Executor duties, so I needed a Realtor who was willing to go the extra mile. His team created a beautiful listing with professional photos, not just snapshots from their phones, that hinted at what the house had once been and could be again. This is the fifth home that I have sold, and until this time I felt that Realtors don't have to do much for their commission.
