We were looking to move to a more rural area so she invested a lot of her time traveling to look at these properties. She was VERY patient with us the whole time. After four years of looking off and on we decided to purchase property and build our dream house. She represented us in the land and house purchases. When our house was complete, she came to our final walk through with the builder to provide us with an extra set of eyes. We will be selling our old house in the Spring and are looking forward to working with her as the sellers this time.

She walked us through some difficult negotiations during the sale of our home--responding quickly to our questions, and explaining our options in a calm and efficient manner. Shannon worked hard to keep the builder accountable and on track during the building process too, reminding us to ask certain things, and coming to all building appointments to make sure we got exactly what we planned for. I really felt like she was on our side through every negotiation, appointment, and inspection. Shannon was our agent from the start and we couldn't have been more thankful! We weren't able to see houses when they came on the market so she would do video calls with us to give us a tour of houses while we were in WV. She knew exactly what we were looking for. We trusted her enough that we put an offer on our house and won before we ever physically saw the house. That is how much we trusted her to know what we wanted and needed while living so far away.
