Shannon, is all that and more!!! All agents do not have the expertise and knowledge base to work with investors. Shannon understands, the market, and understand processes and procedures to get a deal done. I have no question, I will be working with Shannon again.

She was amazing! She made the entire buying and selling process effortless! We were new to this process and she really helped explain things and pretty much did everything for us. I cant recommend her enough!!

Shannon was the best. I talked to other's but wasn't the type of person I was looking for. I wanted someone with listening and people skills. She does have that and more. It was a difficult buy. But she powered right through it. Always kept me informed of what was happening. I had to reply completely on her because was lived in another state. It's amazing how some people just have "it".

Shannon went over and beyond providing virtual tours of several properties. Understanding our needs and budget. Paying close attention to structural soundness and ceiling conditions. Taking all anxiety out of long distance purchase. She remains a great help answering our calls and questions promptly. We regard her as a friend as we feel comfortable transitioning to Mississippi. We highly recommend her professionalism to family, friends and anyone who is looking to sell or buy home/property in Mississippi.

Shannon did an amazing job in assisting us with the purchase of our house. She was always one call away and did not stop working until she got us in our house. She made my first time home buying experience go smooth. She reassured me throughout the entire process. I have already been passing her name and number on to others for when they are ready to start the journey. I will definitely be using her again for any and all of my real estate needs.
