Shannan and her team were amazing. I had previously sold a house with her, and when we heard she was in the Seattle area, we did not hesitate to go with her for buying a property. She expertly navigated numerous issues we faced with closing on a multi-family property, pushing on the sellers to get things completed on their end without us even needing to ask. We had multiple inspections and needed to see the property numerous times to ensure things were fixed, and she was always happy to come out to look on our behalf to make sure work was complete. Even after closing she pushed on the sellers to make sure the last remaining issues were addressed, and when the sellers wouldn't negotiate on price, she got creative to find a solution that would close the deal. Shannan also went above and beyond by touring a property while we were out of the state and took a video of the condition so we could see if it was one we wanted to make an offer or not.
