I cannot say enough good things about Shannan Laudet and Adept Real Estate. From day one, Shannan went far beyond what anyone reasonably expects from a realtor. She did an incredibly thorough walkthrough of our nearly 90-year-old home and clearly identified the issues we needed to address before listingaEUR"saving us time, money, and headaches down the road. After we moved across the country, things could have easily gone sideways. During a deep cleaning, a pipe ruptured (mysteriously timed, of course), and Shannan immediately stepped inaEUR"shutting off the water, coordinating the initial plumber response, and keeping us fully informed as restoration crews handled drying, mitigation, demolition, and eventual replacement of walls and flooring. We were thousands of miles away, yet never felt out of the loop. When contractor delays dragged on, she didnt just aEURoewait it out.aEUR? She provided a clear market analysis showing the real impact those delays were having on our homes valueaEUR"transparent, data-driven, and honest. Once mitigation was complete, she conducted a meticulous comparative market analysis and landed on the exact price point we ultimately sold the home for. No guessing. No fluff. Just expertise. The home was beautifully staged and launched to market, and Shannan provided frequent updates on showingsaEUR"including a shared spreadsheet with feedback from every other agent. She even personally went out and tidied up the yard after a series of heavy storms. That level of personal investment is rare. Shannan and her team were amazing. I had previously sold a house with her, and when we heard she was in the Seattle area, we did not hesitate to go with her for buying a property. She expertly navigated numerous issues we faced with closing on a multi-family property, pushing on the sellers to get things completed on their end without us even needing to ask. We had multiple inspections and needed to see the property numerous times to ensure things were fixed, and she was always happy to come out to look on our behalf to make sure work was complete. Even after closing she pushed on the sellers to make sure the last remaining issues were addressed, and when the sellers wouldn't negotiate on price, she got creative to find a solution that would close the deal. Shannan also went above and beyond by touring a property while we were out of the state and took a video of the condition so we could see if it was one we wanted to make an offer or not. Because of her help, we were able to make an informed decision. Shannan works hard to represent you, and we will definitely be using Shannan for the next one!
