Shannan is definitely a five-star realtor. She is a force of nature getting things accomplished and prepared before and after putting the home on the market. I live in the Dominican Republic so I depended on her for everything, and we worked closely by text, voice and email to ready and sell my home which was in the country in Vestal Center, NY. We had to contend with well, sceptic system, free standing propane stove not meeting code, moving furniture, thorough house cleaning, shrubs trimmed, lawns mowed and I could go on and on. Shannan not only saw to it that everything was accomplished timely but also either had the resources, or found the resources, for all the work to be done on the house. I couldnt be more pleased with Shannan.

It was a pleasure working with you ! We accomplished so much in a short time! Happy we were able to get the results you wanted and it was a successful outcome for all! Hope to visit the Dominican Republic with my family someday !

Shannan was fantastic in helping me through the process of finding my first home. From the beginning she was always available scheduling tours and was knowledgeable whenever I had questions about any of the properties. During tours I could tell that Shannan was trying to help me find the right property for me and she never attempted to downplay any drawbacks of properties that were less than ideal for my situation. In addition she connected me with a mortgage company that was also wonderful to work with. Once I found the right property, Shannan was incredibly timely with negotiations and was efficient in making sure we were able to get an agreement on all of my conditions. She even went out of her way (unprompted may I add) to get me an extra credit on the day of closing. Not only did she do a fantastic job herself, but every recommendation she gave me (from the mortgage company, to the inspector, to the lawyer, to a cleaner) provided me fantastic service as well. Overall as a first time home buyer it was a godsend to work with a realtor like Shannan. I would recommend Shannan to friends, family, really anyone looking for a realtor as she was a great help in mitigating the stress of the home buying process and she provided incredible service every step of the way (even beyond my closing).

You are too kind Mat! So glad I was able to help make this an enjoyable and positive experience. Thank you for trusting me to represent you throughout the process. Your trust helped make my job easier and played a big part toward a successful outcome! It was great working with you!

Shannan is a great realtor. We bought our first home and sold our house 2.5 years later with Shannan as our Buyer realtor and Seller realtor. She was very patient and and guided us through both the transactions successfully.

Very professional, and intelligent about her job. She found the perfect house for my wife and I and a day later we had an agreement. I will be asking Shannan Crescente for assistance in buying another home very soon.

Simply put, Shannan was wonderful! Very responsive and guided me through the whole process. She was more like a friend than a realtor. Ive already recommended her to a couple friends which shows how highly I think of her.

Shannan is a pleasure to work with. She gets the job done and she gets it done quickly. She was leaving town for a convention and still kept in contact with me.

I quite possibly could be the hardest client that Shannan has had to deal with. That being said, she never once got frustrated with us and was a true pleasure to deal with. Although I do not think that the real estate process is as tight as it could be by any stretch, Shannan kept her cool with me, and was an advocate for our family every step of the way. Sticking up for us and being our voice when we needed to be heard. She was amazing with my wife and our two young boys who adore her. We hope to stay in touch with Shannan and her husband on a personal level and will certainly work with her in the future for business. She has a bright future in this business and we are lucky to have had her on our side. Thank you Shannon from our family to yours!

We had been considering a second home for school district purposes for two years. For that two years, Shannan patiently showed me every home I wanted to look at even though she knew I was looking for a lower priced home and wasnt in a position to buy yet, or the home wasnt right for me. She helped me learn the area, market and mortgage lending options. Both homes we put offers in on had sticky situations with other offers. Shannan was always kind, honest and prompt with information. She was like a trusted friend helping me so I always went back to her during the lengthy process. Moreover, she has integrity. We ended up with better than what I had ever initially expected! Highly recommend Shannan. My 8 year old liked her, too!

Shannan was relentless in helping us find our property . We made an offer and it was met with a counter offer and so we made another offer based on Shannans suggestion and at it was accepted but 2 days later we were told our offer was not accepted. Shannan did not give up and kept us informed and got us another opportunity to make an additional counter offer which was then finally accepted. She made sure we had all the facts and let us know what was needed to secure the property. A true professional who works very hard for you and is very good at what she does !

Shannan was great to work with! She sent me listing that included things from our wishlist and in the end she found us our perfect home! She was readily available to show us homes when interested that fit into our availability and had many resources as we were new to home buying. I highly recommend her!

There are not enough words to describe Shannan Cresente as a person and professional. I randomly called about a house I was interested in, and as fate would have it, Shannan was the agent that called me immediately. Although that house did not work out, she worked with me for almost a year to help my family and I find our dream home. It wasnt an easy task because we are from out of state. Once we had picked some houses to see, and made the trip to New York, Shannan cleared an entire day for us to see every single house I had on my list. On that day we found our dream home and ever since then she has stopped at nothing to help us get that home, including letting us see it for a second time later in the week, and shoveling our way into the home during a blizzard! Shannan always responded to every phone call and every text message (and there were a lot of them!) no matter how late it was and even on the weekends. I just recently told her that after this is all over, Id still like to text her or meet for coffee every once in a while because I consider her a friend. Shes met my husband, hung out with my children, and I know we wouldnt have gotten our dream home if she wasnt my agent. Shannan goes above and beyond for her clients. Shes a genuine, good person who is amazing at her job. I wish I could give her more than 5 stars, because she deserves more....shes the BEST!

As a first time homebuyer, I needed some time and someone who can help me with the homebuyer process since all I knew was I need a house for my little one. My first agent wasnt so helpful. Then, I found Shannan Crescente who was willing to help me find my house. I know she was wonderful since the first time I met her. I could tell that she loved what she is doing. She patiently worked me through the home buying process. She always finds time even during weekends/holidays to show me houses. She has been providing me extraordinary services of unequaled value. I couldnt be more excited about the home she helped me find. She is wonderful and incredibly professional. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a house.
