We loved the house we purchased and Shanna helped us out when we asked super last minute if she could show us the house. Every little detail was super smooth and such a pleasure to have somebody we knew we could trust! When we sold the house everything was just as smooth as when we purchased. Shanna truly went above and beyond to help us as much as she could. She even made a walk through video which was super cool! I would highly recommend having Shanna be your realtor to buy or sell!

ZillowVERIFIED Between my husband & I, this was the 3rd property weve sold. Each transaction is different but we havent experienced the kind of service Shanna offered with our previous realtors. In a quickly changing market, it was somewhat challenging to determine the best listing price. We took Shannas advice on the listing price. This not only helped us to be under contract in less than a week but the property appraised for exactly the asking price. 2-3 months ago it wasnt uncommon to get more than asking price. However, thats not the current market. Having the right price out of the gate prevents the house from sitting on the market. Shanna went way, way over and above to get all of the details in line to close on time. She is knowledgeable, accessible, and always quick to respond. Our only complaint is that we are moving out of state and wont be able to use her for future transactions.

When I had to move out of California she helped us sell our house and was instrumental in the process, making it a smooth transition. Due to her efforts and networking skills we were able to sell our house in a matter of days in a slowing market. I told her from the beginning, we were hard to work with but she still took us on anyway. We had a lot of things going on bankruptcy, not willing to work with each other, but Shanna took over and sold our house within days of it being listed. Over the past 5 months she has been very patient with us as we would facilate between purchasing a home or undeveloped land as they both had there pros and cons to us.
