My friend had suggested George and his staff. I called and within a short period of time, the listing was up and running again. The house got an acceptable offer within 3 weeks of listing with George. I was able to trust his judgment and advice, and after my experience with the realtors before, that is really saying something. He kept communication open, and dealt with a nervous and overwhelmed seller (me) with understanding. My house was not going to bring in big profits to him, but it did not deter the work he was willing to put into the marketing of my tiny starter home. I am grateful for all the work he did and would recommend him highly to anyone looking to sell or buy.
