Shane went above and beyond real estate duties. His knowledge guided me through warranty processes, navigate through non serious buyers and those who showed more interest in my unit. He even went as far as shopping for replacement filters for my HVAC system, and installed them. At no cost to me. He's a gem of an agent. I would highly recommend him, with hesitation.
