ZillowVERIFIEDShane Register and his team went above and beyond their duty serving my husband and me as we sold our Wilmington home to move out of state. His expertise in the local market, ability and endurance in negotiating, and the support we received as we made decisions from long-distance enabled us to sell our home and transition well. We highly recommend Shane Register as a realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED We are very happy we chose Shane Register to sell our home. We interviewed several Realtors before making our decision, and Shane was the right choice. One thing that really outstanding was his communication. Every time I called, Shane answered the phone himself. I never had to wait around for a callback or wonder what was happening. That meant a lot during a stressful process. Selling a home comes with a lot of negotiations, and Shane was great at walking us through everything. He explained our options, answered our questions, and gave us the information we needed to make our own decisions without ever trying to influence our decision. We always felt like he was looking out for our best interests. He also went above and beyond. He helped coordinate inspections, negotiate repairs, and solve problems. At one point, our handyman had a medical emergency and couldn't finish the work we needed before closing. Shane found someone else to finish the job so everything stayed on track. That kind of service is hard to find. One of the reasons we chose Shane was his knowledge of our local community, and that definitely proved to be an advantage throughout the sale. I settled o the price we were hoping for, and I truly believe his experience, local knowledge, and hard work helped us get there. If you're looking for a Realtor who communicates well, knows the local market, and genuinely cares about his clients, I highly recommend Shane.

ZillowVERIFIED Shane was excellent to work with. Being a first time seller, Shane kept me well informed. When I would freak out a little about something, Shane would fully explain why something was happening the way it was. When things came up on the inspection, his experience had the solution to it. Absolutely would/will work with Shane in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Shane and his team were great! Being out of town while selling our house presented a challenge for us. But Shane handled everything, from professional photos to making sure the house was always perfect for showings and providing prompt feedback to us. Shane also did a great job negotiating the eventual deal. Id highly recommend Shane and his team if you have a house to sell or buy!

ZillowVERIFIED Shane helped me sell my Wilmington, NC condominium in April 2026. He was outstanding during the entire process. He thoroughly explained the process up front, he had someone come in and take pictures and measure my place, I got an offer much quicker than I anticipated and we closed quickly. He was always available to answer questions. And one thing that I appreciated is that Shane would tell me about my options at different steps and provide his recommendation. I highly recommend Shane for anyone selling or buying property in Wilmington.

ZillowVERIFIED Shane and Christy Register and their team are second to none. They were with us every step of the way in selling my Mother's house, while we focused on getting her relocated. Their approach to customers in a warm, fair, and honest approach, along with their knowledge of the market conditions are amazing. They walked the property prior to listing to let us know what the market was asking for, to teams to help with packing, staging, moving to ultimately cleaning and painting, all flawless. They helped us back in 2015, and 10 years later it only got better. A#1. Thanks so much Shane and Christy!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Shane and Christy Register was an absolute gift for our family as we sold our home in Hampstead, NC and searched for the next place to call home. Shane represented us as sellers, and he was everything we could have hoped for in an agentaEUR"professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly dedicated. From the start, he gave us clear guidance on preparing and pricing our home, and he handled offers with care and dignity. Once we were under contract, Shane went above and beyond to keep things moving, anticipating challenges and solving them before they became problems. And when it came down to crunch time, he always had our familys best interest at heart. His thoroughness and calm persistence gave us peace of mind from listing to closing. On the buying side, Christy guided us with the same level of dedication. She took the time to understand our familys unique needs and was especially sensitive to our concerns about homes near bodies of water, as our youngest is non verbal autistic and elopes frequently. Her warmth, personable nature, and patience gave us total confidence in our next adventure. With her guidance and notable attention to detail, we found a home where we feel not only excited, but also safe. Having both Shane and Christy on our side was truly the best of both worlds. They complement each other perfectly and bring not just expertise, but also genuine care for the families they serve. We are forever thankful for their hard work and heart, and we recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area.

ZillowVERIFIED Desiree was absolutely wonderful to work with and I cannot say enough good things about her! My family had to sell a property from out of town and we needed someone who could manage the entire situation for us without our being there in person. Desiree handled everything seamlessly and kept us up to date on everything we needed to know, even during evenings and on the weekends when necessary. Selling this property was a big job with a lot of moving parts. We needed to have work done and the house needed to be checked on and followed up on with vendors and repair people. Desiree navigated all of it for us. She was also a tremendous advocate for our interests in the sale. I would highly recommend Desiree to anyone in need of a top notch real estate agent! My family is so grateful to Desiree for all the work she did to help us.

ZillowVERIFIED My daughter and I live in Maryland and wanted to buy a home in Wilmington, NC. When we saw a house we were very interested in, we were nervous about not knowing any real estate agents there, it was going to be our first out-of-state property purchase. We were worried about whether we would get a good agent- who would be dependable, proactive on things, and knowledgeable of NC real estate practices. We were so very lucky to get Morgan Quesenberry with Shane Register Real Estate Group!! Morgan was great from the first phone call. We came to see the house and loved it and wanted to put in an offer- she provided great advice and explained the process so clearly (it is very different than Maryland). Some complex things came up after the contract was signed and Morgan stayed on top of them all and kept us informed. Morgan followed up on any issues that arose in an extremely timely manner and because of that, everything was good-to-go by the closing date. Having worked with several agents in Maryland, we can easily say we couldnt have asked for a more knowledgeable, friendly, aEURoeget it doneaEUR? agent. We really think that without Morgan, this process would have been so much more stressful and possibly not have even worked out. We cant thank her enough, we are so excited to have our NC home?? If you are buying or selling- you want Morgan Quesenberry as your agent!!

ZillowVERIFIED Christy was an amazing person to work with! We've been renters for a long time so we felt like we had a lot to learn about the home buying process, and Christy was so helpful in every part of the process! She was very responsive and always found us the answer to our questions. Even while we were at an actual tour of a particular home, if a question came up she was immediately searching for the answer. She did a great job of negotiating with the seller on a substantial item and was able to deliver a good outcome for us. The excellent communication continued all the way through the buying process to closing, and we felt like she kept us informed of everything that was happening. It's evident that she has years of experience and is very knowledgeable about the real estate industry.

ZillowVERIFIED I have visited Wilmington twice before moving here. I did a lot of riding around to get the feel for other neighborhoods. With getting my eyes on a few neighborhoods of interest Laura was able to give me an inside scoop and local knowledge you cannot find online. When meeting with her I was easily able to communicate what I was looking for in a home. I really appreciated the fact that Laura had patience with waiting for the right home to pop up. It was a big help that she has been in the Wilmington area for quite some time. During the home buying process I never had any issue getting in touch with her and response time was great. Her knowledge, expertise, problem solving skills, negotiating skills, and ability to communicate with all parties involved made her stand out from any other real estate agent I have worked with. I highly recommend Laura Keeter for all real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Shane and Christy teamed up and delivered the expertise to list our property for a quick sale. And at the price we wanted. They discussed the selling process and market trends. We felt completely confident that their complete grasp of the market would guide us appropriately. A link was provided which allowed us to read on-line comments from recent showings. The selling process occurred quickly. Christy also guided us through a purchase of our new home. She became the single most important link to the builder. She was quick to ask questions and get answers for us. We would not want to go through it again without Christy.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I wanted to express our sincerest gratitude to Shane, and his team, for their tireless commitment to selling our home. All the details were well thought out in advance and they made the entire process seamless and smooth. As a residential real estate professional myself with over 20 years of experience my wife and I chose to hire Shane because we could see the value in having him represent us due to his reputation of excellence, experience, and expertise backed by the professionalism of his brokerage firm. They had all the tools in place to ensure that our home received the attention it needed to contract and close at a very quick pace. I have had the pleasure of working with over a thousand different real estate professionals and transactions over the years and Shane is in the top three if not the best. He is outstanding and I believe that this is mainly due to the kind of person he is, a genuinely hard-working, kind, and good-hearted man which he carries into his professional life. When I think of Shane I recall Colossians 3:17 which says "Whatever you do, whether word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him." We are thankful for Shane and our lives are much more enriched by having built this relationship with him through the home sale experience. We will recommend Shane at every opportunity. ZillowVERIFIED I have worked with Coldwell Banker to buy Real Estate, but never sold a property before. Let me tell you, Shane is the ultimate person in the greater Wilmington area to sell your house. We had a 10+ year rental home recently sold in November. Shane met us at the property and assessed the situation, and recommended we fix up the home prior to selling it for ROI. We discussed selling as is, but that would have been a huge mistake where we woudl have gotten a low offer. Shane didn't just tell us to fix the house up, he took it upon himself to fix the house up as if it were his own. He has every contact you would need to pretty much flip a house. We replaced all of the flooring throughout the entire house, painted all ceilings, doors, trim, etc., replaced all fixtures, door knobs, etc., landscaped, and pretty much got the house in a "new" condition. Pricing for his know contractors was very competitive and everything happened so quickly. He organized everything, schedules, installation, everything. All I had to do was purchase the materials. Once the property was ready to list, we had multiple offers within 2 days and a full price offer. If you haven't worked with the Register team at Coldwell Banker, I think you are missing out! We have been working with Coldwell Banker for 10+ years, and have bought and sold all of our properties with them. Christy Register is the Buyer's agent and she is also phenomenal. They make the perfect team. Thank you Shane and Christy for all your support over the years!
