I am so impressed with Shane. I had 2 houses to sell once they were repaired. I finished the first one in 2020 and he sold it for a very igood price. He handled all the details - no stress with paperwork. The second one was finished by Dec. 1st. I wanted to sell it before the end of the year. I was told by everyone that was impossible. Shane said it would be difficult but he would try. He not only sold it by the end of the year, we closed before the Christmas holiday. Wow! I have recommended him to friends and they were very happy with the results too. I will always use Shane for any real estate transactions in the future.

Good evening Mary, I agree with Chris, it is a good idea to get a pre listing inspection. In doing that you will know any potential problems that will come up on a buyers private inspection report, and hopefully you can correct them. That helps put a buyer at ease and may save you time and money negotiating repairs or price during the buyers private inspection contingency,
