Shane was fabulous to work with. She is extremely professional, polite, detailed, and knowledgeable. Every call or text was answered immediately. She was early to every appointment. I was the buyer, and I did not use an agent. Shane was the seller's agent. Throughout the house-buying process, Shane coordinated communication with all parties perfectly. There are two things about Shane that make her stand out from other realtors. The first is trust. We felt that we could completely trust Shane in her recommendations to us. One example was when she recommended that we have our cedar shake roof cleaned. Initially we thought that cleaning the roof wasnt warranted. We thought it was just a aEURoeCape Cod roofaEUR? with lots of lichen and we werent even aware that the lichen would come off without damaging the roof. But since Shane felt it was important, we trusted her guidance and decided to have it done. The second thing is that Shane is a Chatham native and she knows people and how to get things done. The roof cleaning company said it would be two weeks before they could get to us. We told Shane that and she contacted the roof cleaners and they did the job two days later! Cleaning the roof did make a huge difference and we were very happy with the result. Our house sold quickly and to a lovely couple. We couldnt have been more pleased with the entire process and end result. Shane is an absolute pleasure to work with and we would highly recommend her to anyone who is thinking about buying or selling their home.

It was so quick from start to finish! The pictures were barely listed and an offer was made and countered and my asking price was met the first day on the market. I think it was just shy of three weeks and we were at the closing date. I am not sure but that may be a record. Shane was and is amazing. And her knowledge of Cape Cod is all inclusive. I would highly recommend Shane to anyone wanting to sell their home. Be it a multi million dollar home (as much of Chatham is) or a normal modest home like mine. She took care of all the details. From the closing attorney to the photographer to the septic inspection to the fire inspection. She even purchased the correct alarms I need so I would not get the wrong ones. I still cant believe how smoothly and quickly it all went. Amazing job Shane!!!!

Simply put, Shane Masaschi did an outstanding job selling our home! She quickly envisioned how the house should look to prospective buyers and her expertise in staging the home transformed it. Shane was always "one step ahead" when it came to all aspects of the sale and we had complete confidence that everything would get done. As we were not local, we appreciated that she handled inspections, furniture removal, etc. without our having to be there. All her recommendations concerning selling price, marketing, staging, support professionals (cleaners, inspectors, furniture removers, attorneys) were spot on. Shane was on top of everything. We never worried and were never concerned. Our home went under agreement quickly and the entire process from listing to sale went smoothly. We are from NJ and bought a home in Harwich in July 2013. Shane spend a well paced day with us (complex timed logistics) showing us 12 different homes in Chatham, Harwich and Brewster that met our objectives.
