They came highly recommended by some very loved family friends. And I can not thank then enough!! I finished remodeling my home and left the sale in Shane's very capable hands. I was able to go ahead and move out of my home in San Antonio, TX and move back home to South Carolina while Shane sold my home. His knowledge and experience made the process so smooth that I did not have to worry for one second! There were a few issues with my house that I missed before I left and Shane, without even missing a beat, had the problem solved and my home sold in under two months!! And I don't mean small problems either I had to get my roof replaced!! Shane was all over it!!! Got it done and the house was sold! Myself and the buyers are extremely happy!! We have both purchased and sold with Shane leading on our efforts, and he truly put our considerations at wishes at the top of the list! Our relationship first began as we were executing military PCS orders from the east coast to San Antonio, and we were trying to finalize the purchase of our new home before arriving to Texas. Shane must have toured dozens of homes for us, providing photos and videos, as well as insight into the locality of the homes we were considering, which allowed us to close on our home without ever setting foot inside. Shane maintained consistent contact every few months after we arrived to Texas, and was ready to provide periodic seasonal updates for things to do in the area as new Texans. When it came time to sell our home after three years, Shane was our obvious choice. Shane and his team captured some excellent shots highlighting the best aspects of our property, as well as a 3D tour of our home for listing. His team provided some excellent informational flyers for potential buyers to take as they toured our home, and we received multiple offers above asking price on our home very quickly after going on the market. Aside from being an excellent partner in the real estate market around San Antonio, I'm sure we will keep in touch through the years!
