Shane's familiarity of the area proved very helpful when we toured a few different properties and eventually found the home that "checked almost all the boxes". After our offer on the new home was accepted, Shane put together a market analysis on our "old" home that allowed us to pick a price point that resulted in a handsome return and a contract within one week of listing. He has a strong network of industry experts that were extremely helpful and easy to work with both when we bought new and sold the existing. Kind of wish I had another property to sell, just so I could keep working with him! If you want someone that knows what he is doing every step of the way, then look no further than Shane. Oh, and last thing - his communication is A+. Always gets back to you in a very timely manner and his emails and texts are easy to understand and respond to. He also has a plethora of professionals that he is connected with so if you need anything outside of the realty experience (i.e painting, fixing, lawyer, notary...), he can hook you up. We are first-time homebuyers and wanted someone in our corner helping us know if we were: 1. Making good choices and 2. Being treated fairly by our builder. Shane came with us to our first meeting at the builder?s sales office and walked the model unit with us, giving his opinion on the construction quality. We felt much better about signing based on his feedback. He also met with us during our first session to choose options, and made us feel confident enough to handle the process. He was very proactive about supporting us, even months down the road (new builds take time), and he was there to walk through our final inspection with us. He even sent over pizza for us/our movers on moving day! He was personable, knowledgable, and always gave us his opinion without trying to make decisions for us. I highly recommend Shane!

After looking at some reviews online, I reached out to a number of agents to begin the process. For starters, some agents didnt even respond to me. I thought, oh well thats their loss. Others rushed to supply me with their business cards and their packets of information. One packet was even dropped off by an agents husband randomly. The way they presented themselves to my wife and I made it seem like we were just another seller. Then there was Shane. What stood out to me about Shane was his easy going personality and his approach. He returned my email quickly and asked to meet me at the house. Once he arrived, Shane took the time to get to know my wife and I. He assessed the house, left information, and said that he would get back to us after he considered comparable properties in the area. A couple of days later Shane arranged a time to stop by again. He had a nice presentation, had his price range for the house, and walked us through what the process would look like. I dont like feeling pressured and if Shane would have made me feel like that I wouldve never called him back. However, it was the complete opposite. I still didnt commit but I knew after he left that if we moved forward with relocating, Shane was the right choice to sell our house. A few weeks later the time came. My wife and I made the choice to move and now it was time to reengage with Shane. We discussed a plan and it was executed perfectly. Shane listened to our wants/needs and followed through. Our house sold in 8 days at nearly asking price. Shanes price recommendation was spot on. I believe the way he went about marketing our house was the reason for the success. The closing went smoothly and Shane was in good communication with us the entire time. I believe that people have no problem writing a negative review if they feel as though the service was bad. Its hard to get positive reviews though because many people dont want to take the time if they walked away happy. I wanted to take the time though because I believe that all people should receive the level of service that we did. If youre buying or selling, do yourself the favor and contact Shane. He will work hard for you, he has a system that works, and he strives to make your experience a positive one.

When I first reached out, I was initially searching in the Aurora area, but when I chose to move my search a bit further East, he took it in stride and found me a number of homes that matched my specific criteria.
