Shane Dailey and his team of professionals worked long and hard to get my deal closed. It only took 30 days. The process was the best experience ever. All of my questions were always answered. I never felt left out or confused through the entire process. His team was always on top of everything and never missed a beat. They even work late hours to get it done. Shane is very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a GREAT experience. Review Cal Mutual and their staff provided me and my family excellent customer service. They helped me find our dream home in North Tustin. This specific city can be very tricky because of the large lots and excellent school districts but Shane was able to work with other agents to find us a property prior to being listed on the MLS. His people skills and staff explained the buying process every step of the way. I felt very comfortable with him and his staff explaining the numbers and comparable properties ahead of entering escrow. I feel like I got a great deal which is what I had asked Cal Mutual to help with. I am happy to announce that I will buy my daughter a pony and house it on our half acre lot. Thanks cal mutual team!!

Review I had the priveldedge of working with Shane Dailey in Long Beach. I looked at several condos all around the area and knew I wanted something near the beach at a specific price that I was comfortable with. Shane made it that much easier for me to work with. As a first time home buyer I had tons and tons of questions. I was one of those people that ask way too many questions but it was a huge investment on my part so I needed to ask those questions. But he was very patient, calm, and thoughtfu in this whole process. Shane was exceptional, he knows so much about the area I was so impress. I enjoyed working with Shane. Review Shane and Cal Mutual helped my wife and I find the perfect home in Long Beach, He knows so many people in the business that since he knew the actual listing agent and everyone wanted a smooth sale they went with our offer. We also managed to get the offer for $5k less then the asking price which most of you know now days this is un realistic, and the offers are going for $5K + on almost everything. We have bought and sold in the past and never had a Realtor as on top of things as Shane. I can not express enough how incredible and less stress it was to work with Shane Dailey at Cal Mutual. Thank you so much Shane for everything from start to finish and continued on with all the after sale questions and help.

Review Shane is always on top of details and is very consistent day in and day out. He was always available to answer a question, and never made me feel like my needs weren't important. He works hard to show you what you want to see, and also has a lot of important contacts related to this process- good people to help in other ways (appraisers, etc.) I appreciate her hard work, and would also like to thank his team members as well.
