ZillowVERIFIEDI had a great time working with Shane. It was my first time purchasing a home and he made the experience great. Anytime I had any questions, concerns or needed anything he was always available to help. He went above and beyond to help me and that made the home buying process less stressful. Shane is a great agent to have on your team and a pleasure to work with. You won?t regret having him help with purchasing your home.

ZillowVERIFIED This was my first time purchasing a home, and Shane was the absolute best agent for the job! He was patient, thorough, and very enthusiastic from beginning to end. After we put in an offer, things went a little crazy with the lending company, but Shane went to bat for us and made sure we were taken care of. He reassured me every step of the way, and made me confident in decisions. He is the text book definition of ?above and beyond? agent, and I would gladly recommend him to anyone looking to sell or buy a home!

ZillowVERIFIED If my partner and I could give Shane more than five stars in every category, we would. This was our first time purchasing a home, and Shane turned out to be the best possible agent for us! He was always readily available, on time, eager to see the home with us, patient when we had a million questions, thorough with his explanations, and very present with us in the moment. Throughout the search for our home he was clear that he worked for US, and was always on our team. Even though he was probably juggling several clients at the same time, he had a way of making us feel like we were his only client! Shane is the go-the-extra-mile kind of agent and person! He has a lovely sense of humor, and is generous with his time, knowledge and enthusiasm. Weve already shared his name with several of our friends.

ZillowVERIFIED Shane was exactly what we needed in a realtor and fantastic to work with. He helped us sell our house in days, was knowledgeable, and helped us navigate the twists and turns that come with selling such a large investment. I could not recommend anyone more than Shane. He clearly had our best interest in mind in everything he did. He loves real estate, is a great communicator, and was a pleasure to work with! Highly Recommended.

ZillowVERIFIED A wonderful Realtor/Broker! I would definitely recommend Shane to get the job done! The most knowledgeable of any Realtor we?ve ever used. Shane is an amazing person as well as a realtor as he genuinely cares about his clients. He is extremely talented knowing something about all aspects of maintaining a home. He helped us look at each room and make them look the best possible. He always gave suggestions when we asked for help on things we should do to help! He kept us well informed at all times and also took photos and made a walk thru video to help buyers! He made this the easiest of any home we?ve ever sold! It was a short 61 days from listing to funding. We were very surprised it moved so quickly at the price we had agreed upon. It was the easiest home we have ever sold. Moving out was much more difficult! Fantastic Job Shane! Congratulations on an amazing job well done!!

The market here is extremely competitive and Shane did everything he could to ensure we were able to get a great house in the area we wanted. ZillowVERIFIED Shane Christopher was a knowledgeable and professional agent throughout the entire buying process. He listened to us and was able to find us the best house to fit our needs. His diligence was unmatched through the contracting and inspection phases of the transaction where he handled numerous obstacles. However, his skills would be tested at the highest level for us at the closing table with the Title company. This was a very stressful point for us with all of our belongings boxed up and movers at the ready. Shane identified several mistakes on the closing documents that were made by our lender and the Title company and produced the documents that forced them to make the appropriate corrections in our favor. We are so thankful to have had Shane as our Agent and cannot imagine buying or selling another home without him.

ZillowVERIFIED I have worked with many realtors in the past and Shane is by far the best relator I have ever used. He is such a hard worker and very accommodating. He is not a sales person- which I really appreciate- and is just an all around good guy. Definitely would recommend him to family and friends.

ZillowVERIFIED Shane stepped in and got our house sold when I had about convinced myself it would never would. Tireless worker getting the deal done. We had tried to sell our house previously and through other realtors for about 14 months. Shane got it done in 2 months and was responsive the entire time to our needs. Highest recommendation.

ZillowVERIFIED Shane was very knowledgable of the Midland real estate market. He walked through each house with us and knew exactly how rooms had been redone and how to make improvements that wouldnt break the bank. He kept our spirits up when we couldnt find what we wanted and negotiated a fantastic price on the home we ended up buying.
