Shane was invaluable through the process of selling our two homes back east while navigating the purchase of a triplex here in Bend with a complicated 1031 exchange. Later Shane helped us purchase another home in Bend during the height of the market. We were one of 9 offers on the property and we came out on top due largely to Shane's ability to read the situation and offer the best possible advice. I can honestly say that he made this whole process such a breeze for us and that his advice, knowledge and advocacy was key for us during this process. Cannot recommend him highly enough!
