ZillowVERIFIED Shane single handedly raised the value of the condos in the Racquet Club Condos. Before he came to town, they were only going for approximately 170 to 180 grand even though the comps in the area were at 220 to 230 grand for a similar size condo. It seemed the real estate agents before him refused to ask the price that these condos were worth! He listed and sold one before mine for $230 grand which was in line with the comps of the surrounding area. He then listed mine for $225 ( I had a little less remodeling done than the $230 one ) and got $226 for it! Now as a result, these condos are selling for what they are worth in the market place!
