I worked with Shane and Kim Baker for my 1000 mile move from New Jersey to Florida. I had Shane looking at homes from Ocala to Lithia. In this sellers market Shane was always watching for new listing to hit the market. I had very special needs, wanting acres of land and a block home. Shane was very thorough even pointing out where railroad tracks were located near the property. Shane went above and beyond setting up all the inspections. I would highly recommend Shane and Kim Baker as your real estate agents as I know they will take care of you like they took care of me.
